The pool area is beautiful and inviting. The room cleanliness could be improved; our shower had low water pressure. If you're into sports, the hotel is close to local events. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean, modern rooms with nice amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Only downside was the noise levels at night from outside. Convenient location near golf courses and sports events. Would stay again.

The rooms are spacious with plenty of beds. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but the experience was still reasonable.

The temperature control worked well, allowing for a cozy environment at night. the sound insulation left something to be desired; I could hear the neighbors clearly, which was a bit distracting. The bathroom was nicely sized, but it lacked toiletries, and I had to bring my own. The room was clean overall, but there were hints of a past stay, such as dust and spider webs near the door. Despite some quirks, it was a pleasant space to relax in.

The staff at the front desk always greet you with a smile. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around, and the location is super convenient for travelers.
The bathroom cleanliness needs serious attention.

The property has potential. The lobby is stunning, featuring a bar and grand piano. The pool area is inviting, and the room underwent impressive renovations. our experience faltered primarily due to noise and cleanliness issues. We faced consistent disturbances from a neighboring room, exacerbated by poorly insulated doors. the room we were given was dirty, with lingering smells and unkempt furniture. Staff inconsistencies and delays in service only added to our frustrations. While the breakfast and initial impressions were positive, they didn’t compensate for the discomfort we endured. This place needs significant improvements in soundproofing, cleanliness, and guest management to live up to its potential.

During my stay, I found this hotel to be a wonderful jumping-off point for discovering Tallahassee, with beautiful parks like San Luis Mission Park just over 3 kilometers away and the historic Co-Cathedral of Saint Thomas More within a pleasant 4-kilometer walk, not to mention the wide array of dining options, including a lovely quaint restaurant just a short stroll away, making my weekend strolls not only enjoyable but rich in variety; the property itself was clean, comfortable, and featured a nice outdoor pool area for relaxing after exploring. I did wish housekeeping had stopped by our room during the stay to spruce things up a little.

The exterior looked inviting with fresh paint, but the room's cleanliness was a letdown. Walking barefoot, my feet turned black from the filthy floors. The bathroom, too, had long hairs and grunge around the sink—definitely not what I expected. Breakfast was basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful, which brightened the experience. The location was quiet, though the atmosphere felt off at night with disturbances from neighboring guests. The potential is there; the property just needs consistent upkeep and better attention to detail.

I was really disappointed when I checked in. The bathroom was filthy, with hair everywhere, and the shower had this wade of hair stuck in the drain. It just felt so unhygienic and unsanitary, seriously disgusting!

The free hot & cold breakfast buffet was a waffle-tastic surprise, and the pool furniture was so chic that even my morning coffee felt fancier. My family and I had a blast trying to live like royalty, complete with a 24/7 gym!
I loved dancing around the dirty room floors, pretending it was a slippery ballroom.

My squad and I had a lit time at the pool and lobby bar, jamming out to tunes on the grand piano. We hit up the cool nearby hangout spots without any hassle. Swanky room vibes and a solid breakfast to fuel our adventures all day!
Wish there was a sick rooftop terrace or themed party nights to elevate the young adult vibe.

Our family had a fantastic time at this hotel that felt like a hidden gem. The rooms were spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after long days of exploring. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed unwinding in the evening by the cozy fire pit. The complimentary breakfast provided a good start to our days, with a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities available, such as a designated play area or activities for children.

The pool was clean and a nice spot to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The spacious rooms and comfortable Murphy bed were a pleasant surprise.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Mold in the AC unit, yellow stains in the sink, and overall lack of cleanliness in the rooms were disappointing.

When we arrived at Seven Hills, the first thing that caught my attention was the charming decor and Southern charm of the property. The parquet floors and elegant furnishings added a touch of character to the place. as we settled into our room, we noticed some areas that needed improvement. The room wasn't as clean as we had hoped for - there were hairs on the bed and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The lack of attention to detail in cleaning was disappointing. Despite the cleanliness issue, the room did have some amenities that we appreciated. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings, and the availability of free toiletries was a helpful addition. we did encounter some challenges with the amenities - the coffee supplies were not fully stocked, and when we asked the front desk for more, they seemed unsure of what should be provided. One aspect that stood out as needing improvement was the maintenance of the property. The bathroom floor was slippery, and the water dripping from the ceiling was concerning. the thin walls made it difficult to sleep peacefully due to noise from neighboring rooms. It felt like the property could benefit from some renovations and better upkeep. while Seven Hills had its charming Southern vibe and some good amenities, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were noticeable and detracted from our overall comfort during our stay. With some attention to detail and upkeep, this property has the potential to provide a more enjoyable stay.

Great staff who went above and beyond to assist guests. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch during the holiday season.
Thin walls made it difficult to sleep due to noise disruptions. Some rooms had cleanliness issues such as dirt and unpleasant odors.

the motel was updated and had a fresh coat of paint. the boutique-style rooms seemed recently renovated and were very clean. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep and the hot breakfast offered a good variety, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. the staff was friendly and the location was convenient for visiting the capitol building and other historical sites in the area.
All was good 😊
